There are a number of ways that Omanis enjoy the rich aromas found in this region of the world. Some are natural, like the frankincense whose tree is native to Oman and dating back thousands of years.  Still other aromas are traditional and homemade, like bakhoor, and every bit as fragrant as the next containing numerous natural ingredients combined with luxurious perfumes!

Frankincense is sold by the kilo and now by the half kilo and quarter kilo!!.  Only Omani grades are listed on the site. 15% off retail price for a limited time only!!

Myrrh is sold by the kilo and in small amounts of a mere 100 grams.  The Myrrh sold is from Yemen and India and Omani Myrrh is also available upon request.

Bakhoor is usually packaged in one size container. The weight of this container varies depending upon the ingredients used, however, the price is reflective of the quality of the ingredients used, not the weight. and now we will reduce the price by 15% as part of our re-opening celebration!  (Discount applies only to individual containers, not samplers nor accessories.) So prices may vary from one bakhoor to the next and not because you are getting more or less but because of the ingredients within.  These bakhoors are homemade and of natural ingredients, commonly from Dhofar where the incense is famous the world over.

Charcoal, found in the ‘accessories’ section, is sold only by the kilo when purchasing natural wood charcoal and only by the box when purchasing the quick light charcoals.  If you are purchasing only one kilo of natural charcoal you will be shipped one kilo including the weight of the packaging materials, therefore, you will receive slightly less than one kilo of charcoal.

We highly recommend purchasing some charcoal for use with your incense.  It's a perfect compliment.  And the perfect compliment to the charcoal is the pot in which to heat it and the tongs to move it around.  All are listed on our site

Sampler Package has approximately one teaspoonful worth, of every bakhoor we feature, each in it's own ziploc bag, and will be sold as a sampler set.  Sixteen bakhoors in all, including a small sample of Omani frankincense.  Purchasing this sampler will allow you experimentation with our selections and help you to select the right aroma, or aromas, for your needs.
