The book describes some of the authors’ favorite walks, ranging from the well-frequented and easily followed donkey trail to precipitous cliff paths and adventurous mountain scrambles which may require some climbing experience.  Approximately 50 itineraries are included, with the option to vary many of them; some are short, local to the Capital Area around Muscat and can be completed in a few hours whereas others require a more serious approach. carrying equipment for overnight camps.
